Rates
Our rates vary by unit, season, and length of stay. Each condo offers a comfortable and well-maintained space within the Myrtle Beach Resort (B Building), with access to all resort amenities.
The one-bedroom unit accommodates up to four guests, while our two-bedroom units can host up to six guests. For larger groups, multiple units may be reserved together, and discounts are available for multi-unit bookings.
During peak season, rentals are typically scheduled in weekly blocks (Saturday to Saturday). Shorter stays may be available during the off-season.

Security Deposit
We ask for a separate payment of $250 when signing the rental contract to hold your reservation and cover any damage. Security deposits are returned after inspection as long as condo is left in good condition.
Cleaning Fee
This is a one time fee that applies to your booking.
Your selected rental will be cleaned prior to your arrival and after your departure. There is no daily housekeeping service. Additional cleaning(s) can be scheduled with the owner prior to your arrival at an additional cost to the renter.

Gate Fee
The Myrtle Beach Resort implemented a fee due upon entrance to the front gate. This fee can be paid by credit/debit card and is imposed by the resort, not the owner. The fee covers one vehicle and only two vehicles per condo are permitted. Please note this policy is subject to change (please check website below for updated rates).

Payments
We currently accept check, Venmo, and Zelle. Payment instructions are included on rental contract.
Security deposit of $250 due with signed contract.
Total rental amount due 30 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Payments made to date will be refunded (less a $75.00 processing fee), provided WRITTEN cancellation is received no later than 45 days PRIOR to arrival date. If less than 45 days prior to arrival date, you will forfeit all rental payments. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
